William Hill news - Hamilton On Drift After Mercedes Switch

Lewis Hamilton today announced that he was leaving Mercedes and William Hill make the British driver 4/11 to finish the 2013 season with more points than his new teammate Nico Rosberg.

Sergio Perez is the man to replace Hamilton at McLaren and he is 14/1 to win the Drivers Championship, while Hamilton is 5/1.

"Had Hamilton stayed at McLaren, he would have been around the 4/1 mark to win the Championship," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. "While Hamilton's odds have drifted however, Perez has suddenly become yet another contender for next year's title."
