After hearing the news that Ronnie O’Sullivan is not to play on with professional snooker this season William Hill have refunded stakes on the former World Champion winning at York in the Williamhill.com UK Championship.

Judd Trump is the 9/2 favourite to win the tournament with Neil Robertson the 7/1 second favourite in place of O’Sullivan. Ding Junhui is 8/1 as is John Higgins and Mark Selby is available at 9/1.

“We have decided to refund stakes on O’Sullivan making Trump the stand out favourite for the win in the williamhill.com UK Championship,” said William Hill spokesman Mark Young.
