Reds move to keep Jones

Liverpool have rewarded goalkeeper Brad Jones for his displays this season with a new long-term contract at Anfield.
The 30-year-old Australian custodian joined the Reds from Middlesbrough in summer 2010 but has struggled for first-team action because of first-choice keeper Pepe Reina.
However, having played in last season's FA Cup semi-final victory over Everton, ten of Jones' 14 appearances for the Merseysiders have since come this season following an injury to Reina.
And, a week after denying that he would be looking to sign a new goalkeeper in the January transfer window, Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has tied down Jones who he claims 'is a very loyal and supportive number two' capable of challenging for the number one jersey on a consistent basis.
Jones' contract is the latest boost for Liverpool, who are 5/1 to secure a top four finish this season and 10/1 to win the FA Cup, following on from Luis Suarez, Daniel Agger, Martin Skrtel and Jonjo Shelvey who all committed to new deals earlier this year.
