Bookmakers make Lance a certainty to confess all to Oprah

William Hill make it a near certainty that Lance Armstrong will confess all to Oprah Winfrey on Thursday 17th January.

The biggest bookmaker in the UK price up an Armstrong full confession to his drug taking at 1/12*.

Rumours have been rife in the US in recent weeks that Armstrong was planning to make a public statement on his past, and the confirmation that he will appear on Oprah would seem to confirm that a confession is forthcoming.

The cyclist was found guilty by USADA last August, and ever since there has been speculation that Armstrong would go public with his story.

Kate Miller, spokeswoman for William Hill, said: ‘’Armstrong has a high-powered team of lawyers and advisors around him, and it is believed that in order for him to move on with his commercial life, they have given Lance the ‘green light’ to speak to Oprah. The whole world has speculated on his involvement, and we believe it’s a near betting certainty that he could piggyback Oprah’s popularity to have his say in a ‘safe’ interview scenario.’’
