- The promoter of the Welcome Bonus promotion (“the Promotion”) is Betclic (Gibraltar) Limited (“We”, “Us”, “Betclic Poker”).
- This bonus is currently available to new players who download and register on the Betclic Poker software from 00:00 GMT on 17 June 2011.
- The Promotion is only available to players with a Betclic Poker account on www.betclic.com (“the Site”).
- Taking part in the Promotion represents acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions of Betclic Limited as well as the House Rules located on the Site.
- In order to convert the USD $500 Welcome Bonus (“the Welcome Bonus”) to cash, a player must earn bonus points (“Betclic Points) by participating in real money ring games and tournaments within the Betclic Poker software. As Betclic Points are accumulated, the player’s Account will be credited with the corresponding cash amount in $10 increments as the Welcome Bonus is unlocked. $10 of the Welcome Bonus will be released into the player’s Account for every 166.67 Betclic Points accumulated. For more information on how to earn and convert Betclic Points, please refer to the House Rules.
- Every new player will have up to 30 days from registering his/her Betclic Poker Account to fully unlock the Welcome Bonus. From day 31 following registration, the unlocked part of the Welcome Bonus will no longer be available.
- The expiry date for unlocking the Welcome Bonus will be displayed in the Cashier page within the Betclic Poker software.
- Only one Welcome Bonus is permitted per player.
- Only one Betclic Poker account is permitted per player. In the event of any bonus abuse being identified or suspected by Betclic Poker, the bonus will not be awarded. “Bonus abuse” includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to gain extra bonuses.
- Betclic Poker has the right to amend the conditions of the Welcome Bonus at any time and to prohibit certain individuals, groups or regions from being eligible for the Welcome Bonus at any time. Betclic Poker’s decision on all issues is final.
