General Promotion Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of all bonus codes in the Poker Room. By using a promotion code the player agrees to all the following Terms and Conditions and any amendments that may be made.

• A player may be enrolled in more than one bonus at a time however; in instances where players are enrolled in more than one bonus, a second or subsequent bonus will not begin to release until the initial bonus has expired or has been paid out in full.
• A player will be considered as enrolled in a promotion until that promotion (or bonus) has been released in its entirety or the promotion (or bonus) reaches the expiration date in the rules governing that particular promotion - whichever comes first.
• First deposit match promotions can only be used for the first deposit that the player makes. These promotions will not be valid on any subsequent deposits.
• All deposit match bonuses will only offer a bonus based on the single deposit from the player used in conjunction with the bonus code. Multiple deposits can not be used towards any deposit match promo.
• For all first time deposit match and grant bonuses, the player must earn 10 VIP Points for every €1 of pending bonus amount for the bonus to be released.
• Reload and other bonuses subsequent to first time deposit bonuses may have differing earn requirements i.e. 20 VIP Points per €1 of pending bonus. In such instances where the earn requirement differs, the earn requirement will be advertised.
• All pending bonuses regardless of type will pay out in one lump sum upon the earn requirement being met or after a number of days depending upon the bonus in question. Payout terms for each bonus will be advertised.
• In instances where player accounts are funded solely by Bet Victor Poker (e.g. Free Cash Offers), Bet Victor Poker reserves the right to withdraw unused funds from dormant accounts subject to player notification of pending withdrawal.
• In totality and in relation to any given calendar month, a player’s combined rewards through Deposit Bonuses, VIP Cash Back/Bonuses and the Hall of Fame will be limited to a Euro value derived by the following formula: (VIP Points Earned/2) x 0.5.
• Additional Terms and Conditions may exist for specific bonuses. These will be displayed on the website, the publication the bonus was advertised, and/ or available from Customer Services. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with any additional Terms and Conditions for individual promotions.
• The Poker Room reserves the right to withhold, amend, or withdraw all promotions without notice.
• In order to verify a claim we reserve the right to request identification prior to bonus payment.
